By using the CoffeeRun app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Using the service
CoffeeRun is provided for personal use, primarily for organising coffee orders within workplace and social groups. You agree not to misuse it or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit — messages, order notes, profile details and anything shared with a group. There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By using CoffeeRun you agree not to post content that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. You can report content and block other users from within the app. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach this policy, without notice.
Availability
We work to keep CoffeeRun running but don't guarantee it will always be available, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer & liability
CoffeeRun is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Peanut Express is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use CoffeeRun after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
