Option 1 — from inside the app (fastest)
- Open CoffeeRun and make sure you're signed in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account:
Use the subject "CoffeeRun Account Deletion Request". Once we've confirmed it's your account, we'll process the deletion within 7 days.
What is removed, and what may remain
When you delete your account, your login is permanently removed — you can't sign back in — and your profile is anonymised (your name, email, phone and photo are cleared). Your uploaded contacts and device data are deleted. Content that's part of shared activity — such as past orders, group membership and messages — is anonymised so it no longer identifies you (it appears as "Deleted User").
To keep the service safe, we keep a minimal record — your phone number, and a one-way, de-identified fingerprint of your contacts — solely to stop a previously banned user from simply making a new account. This retained data is not used to identify or contact you.
